What do you supply for overnight boarding?

You supply their food and we supply everything else. You are welcome to bring comfort items for your pet including their bed and favorite toy. If they are known to be destructive at home with their bedding or they eat inappropriate items we ask you inform us and leave those items at home.

How can I check on my pet during their stay?

We post occasional pictures to our Facebook page and try to send an evening goodnight text. Feel free to contact us during your pets stay if you would like more updates.

What is your Pricing?

Please see our pricing page for more details.
Dogs: $42/night
Horses: $35/night
Cats: $15/night

My pet is on a special diet. Can you accommodate this?

Yes. Because you supply your pet(s) food, there will be no change to their diet.

Does my dog have to participate in Group Activity?

Not initially.  If your dog is unable to participate in group play we make sure he/she receives plenty of off leash one-on-one time in our yards and leashed walks during their stay.  We may discuss for future visits different options as our facility is best set up for group activities.

Do you charge for meet and greets?

We welcome you to stop out and see where your dog, cat, or horse may be staying prior to your arrival so meet and greets are free of charge. We encourage you to set up an appointment with your fully vaccinated dog.
We offer paid day drop-offs which help dogs acclimate prior to overnight stays.

What time is check-in / check-out?

Normal hours are 7 AM - 5:30 PM. Overnight dogs we ask that they arrive prior to 11 AM whenever possible to allow them time to acclimate through the day for their evening stay, but understand this isn't always possible. We do encourage day drop-offs as well prior to overnight stays for your dog's well being.
Checkout is by 5:30 PM.  Dogs may be picked up after hours by appointment but please understand that another nights stay is added after 5:30 PM as we are unable to use that kennel for another or overnight or morning dog.

Is my dog safe?

We take pride in our facility and our care. Dogs are temperament tested and grouped accordingly.  Some dogs may end up being a "solo" dog if they play too rough, become aggressive, or find group play over stimulating.  Future stays would be discussed.
Overnight kennels are solid non-porous surfaces so dogs are unable to interact through them during their downtime and it also makes for a more thorough disinfecting process.
We disinfect with two different pet safe products, open doors regularly for fresh air, use exhaust fans in our kennel rooms, and have an air scrubber on our HVAC system which runs continuously to help reduce the risk of illnesses.
In addition, all dogs are required to be current on rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations.  We do what we can, but like any facility, there is always the cold and flu season and like a child's daycare, our dogs are getting their "fun" on with their new and old friends.
Furthermore, we live in the same building as the dogs and cats are.  This allows us to give honest feedback on how comfortable your dog's overall stay was and allows you more peace of mind knowing there is someone with them throughout the night.

I have an intact pet

Dogs over the age of 11 months must be spayed or neutered to attend daycare and/or boarding. Females in heat are asked to stay home from daycare and may be removed from community activities during their boarding stay.
